Chimney & Fireplace Services in Sewickley, PA

For Sewickley, the appeal of gracious historic homes and grand older residences in a storied river village comes with chimneys that have weathered decades of Pittsburgh winters. Roosevelt Chimney Works helps Sewickley homeowners preserve and protect that masonry rather than tear it out.

Because Sewickley is part of Allegheny County, its homes carry the particular mix of ages and styles that county is known for — gracious historic homes and grand older residences in a storied river village. Sewickley's beautiful historic homes deserve chimney restoration done with real respect for original masonry. That context shapes how we approach every chimney here: we read the home first, then recommend what it actually needs.

If there's one thing that shortens the life of a Sewickley chimney, it's water that's allowed to sit and freeze. Our winters cycle across the freezing point again and again, and each cycle works absorbed moisture deeper into crown, mortar, and brick. Prevention beats repair every time.

How we help Sewickley homeowners

For Sewickley, our approach is simple and old-fashioned: treat the home like it's our own. That means a clean worksite, an honest assessment backed by camera footage, repairs favored over replacement, and work we're glad to put our name on.
